Instead we follow a simple consulting process to produce a quotation tailored to you and your requirements, this is outlined below. We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure email billing service.   Get in touch Choose your favorite design Pay for your order Await dispatch confirmation Send an email or phone us with any of the following design options you may have decided on -The text to be carved -Preference of letter type -The size of the piece you require -The type of stone -Method of installation -Delivery address  You will receive a written quotation along with design suggestions within 5 working days. This will include an estimated delivery date for your piece. Decide on your favorite option and confirm your order. You will receive an invoice for the quoted amount immediately by email. Credit/debit card payments are collected by a link on your invoice. This service, provided by Paypal, is 100% secure and does not require you to have a paypal account.*   We also accept BACS transfer, or if you are using StoneandGardens' Personal Delivery Service we can accept payment on delivery. You will be notified when your piece is finished at it will be dispatched within the time frame laid out in your original quote. If you are using StoneandGardens' Personal Delivery Service we will be contact you once your piece is ready to organise delivery. *please note you do not need to register with paypal to make a credit/debit card payment.
